Cancel before a lesson starts to return its price to your wallet. After the lesson, confirm completion or report a problem within 24 hours. Unreported lessons are completed automatically after that window. Unused top-ups can be refunded from your wallet and are automatically submitted for refund after 60 days. Refunds return to the original payment method.
